So, we are on the road on Saturday on our way to the ISTE conference in San Antonio, Texas.  I used to live in San Antonio years ago, and I must say it is one of the most fascinating cities I have ever been.  You can pretty much throw everything you know about big cities out the window because San Antonio is not your average big city.  Now I mean that in the best of ways, San Antonio is friendly and delicious, and has some of the best coffee shops around, even if the Starbucks brand appears more than once or twice in the land scape.

We are looking forward to the conference and I’ll have more to say after our orientation this afternoon.  Until then, here is a view from our hotel in downtown.  Yes, yes I know, very original, but it is a nice vista in any case.
